04 07 2011

J K Rowling has parted ways with her agent of 16 years Christopher Little, the man credited with developing the Harry Potter author's career after spotting the potential of her first manuscript.

Rowling has moved to The Blair Partnership, a new agency established by Neil Blair, who until recently worked at the Christopher Little Agency. A spokeswoman confirmed the move, stating that Rowling had 'actively sought a different outcome for weeks'.
